Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Scaffolders to join our dynamic team in Doha, Qatar. This full-time role is perfect for professionals with 3-5 years of experience in scaffold erection within the Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures to ensure safe and efficient operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations.
• Inspect scaffolding materials for defects and ensure they meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams to determine scaffolding requirements.
• Secure scaffolding to structures using ties, bolts, and other fasteners.
• Monitor weather conditions to ensure scaffolding stability and safety.
• Follow blueprints and engineering specifications for scaffold assembly.
• Maintain and repair scaffolding equipment as needed.
• Train junior scaffolders and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Report hazards or incidents to the site supervisor immediately.
• Keep worksites clean and organized to prevent accidents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in scaffold erection within Oil & Gas or Construction.
• Proficiency in assembling and dismantling various scaffolding systems.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and industry best practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Physical fitness to work at heights and lift heavy materials.

Education & Certifications

• ITI certification or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Valid scaffolding certification from a recognized institution.
• OSHA or equivalent safety training is a plus.

Working Conditions

This is an on-site role in Old Airport, Doha, Qatar. Candidates should be prepared to work in demanding environments, including:
