Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Scaffolders to join our dynamic team in Muscat, Oman. This is a full-time role within the Oil & Gas and Construction industry, perfect for candidates with an ITI certification and 0-1 year of scaffolding experience. The position offers a competitive salary range of 2-4 LPA.

As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures to ensure safety and efficiency on construction sites. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety regulations.
• Inspect scaffolding materials for defects or damage before and after use.
• Ensure scaffolding is secure, level, and stable before workers access it.
• Follow engineering designs and blueprints to meet project requirements.
• Work closely with construction teams to provide safe access solutions.
• Comply with all health and safety standards and report hazards.
• Use appropriate tools and equipment, including ladders, ropes, and harnesses.
• Assist in loading/unloading scaffolding materials from trucks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in scaffolding techniques and safety practices.
• Physical strength and stamina to work at heights and lift heavy materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in scaffolding.

Education & Experience:

• ITI certification in a relevant field (e.g., Construction, Carpentry).
• 0-1 year of experience in scaffolding or construction (freshers may apply).
• Familiarity with Oil & Gas or Engineering & Construction industry standards is a plus.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role is not remote and requires on-site presence in Al ‘Amarat, Muscat, Oman. Candidates should be prepared for:

• Working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Standing, climbing, and lifting heavy materials for extended periods.
• Adherence to strict safety protocols to prevent accidents.
• Working at heights and in confined spaces when necessary.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided, and all safety measures are strictly enforced.
