Asiapower Overseas Employment Services is seeking skilled Scaffolders to join our dynamic team in Oman's thriving Oil & Gas Construction sector. The successful candidates will be responsible for erecting, dismantling, and inspecting scaffolding structures to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to engineering specifications and safety regulations.
• Inspect scaffolding components for defects and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
• Work closely with construction teams to provide safe access solutions for various projects.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inspections and maintenance.
• Collaborate with project managers to determine scaffolding requirements for different job sites.
• Train and supervise junior scaffolding personnel as needed.
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with company policies and local regulations.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of professional scaffolding experience in the Oil & Gas Construction industry.
• Diploma or graduation in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• Certification in scaffolding from a recognized institution is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of different scaffolding systems and their applications.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Physical fitness to work at heights and in challenging environments.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
