We are seeking skilled and experienced Scaffolders to join our team in Riyadh and other Gulf regions. The role involves assembling, disassembling, and maintaining scaffolding structures to ensure safe and efficient workspaces for construction and oil & gas projects.

Key Responsibilities

As a Scaffolder, your primary duties will include:

• Erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations.
• Inspecting scaffolding components for defects or damage before and after use.
• Ensuring scaffolding stability and load-bearing capacity meets project requirements.
• Collaborating with construction teams to meet project timelines.
• Adhering to OSHA and company safety guidelines.
• Maintaining scaffolding equipment and reporting faults.
• Working in high-risk environments such as oil refineries and construction sites.
• Assisting in training junior scaffolders when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in scaffolding techniques (e.g., tube & fitting, modular scaffolding).
• Understanding of engineering drawings and scaffolding plans.
• Experience with scaffolding tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety harnesses and fall protection systems.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Physical stamina and ability to work at heights.
• Good communication skills.

Education & Certifications:

• Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field (Construction, Engineering, etc.).
• Scaffolding certification from a recognized institution.
• Safety training certifications (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are a plus.
