Job Opportunity: Scaffolders (Oil & Gas Industry)

About the Role

We are seeking skilled Scaffolders to join our dynamic team in the Oil & Gas sector in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Scaffolder, you will play a critical role in constructing, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures to ensure safe and efficient operations at project sites. This position requires hands-on experience, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures in compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.
• Inspect scaffolding components for damage or defects before and after use.
• Ensure scaffolding is erected according to engineering specifications and load-bearing capacities.
• Work collaboratively with construction teams to provide safe access for various projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Adhere to workplace safety protocols and company policies to minimize risks and accidents.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inspections, repairs, and usage.
• Assist in training junior scaffolders and apprentices as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in scaffolding assembly, dismantling, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of scaffolding materials, tools, and industry best practices.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering plans.
• Familiarity with safety standards (e.g., OSHA, local regulations).

Soft Skills

• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in challenging environments.

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Graduation in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Relevant certifications in scaffolding safety are a plus.
