Scaffolding Inspector

About the Role

Bright International – Manpower Professional is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding inspection within the Oil & Gas or Construction industries. This full-time position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

As a Scaffolding Inspector, you will play a critical role in maintaining the structural integrity and safety of scaffolding systems at project sites. Your expertise will contribute to accident prevention and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of scaffolding structures to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Identify and report defects, hazards, or non-compliance issues in scaffolding installations.
• Collaborate with construction teams to implement corrective actions and improvements.
• Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure all scaffolding materials and components meet quality and safety requirements.
• Provide guidance on safe scaffolding practices to construction personnel.
• Monitor weather conditions and other environmental factors that may impact scaffolding safety.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

• Strong knowledge of scaffolding materials, components, and assembly.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Education & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in scaffolding inspection within the Oil & Gas or Construction industries.
• Certification in scaffolding inspection or a related safety discipline is preferred.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian safety regulations is a plus.

Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this position is 10-15 LPA (annually), commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:

Work Environment
