Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Leadman to join our maintenance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of scaffolding experience in the Oil & Gas Construction industry. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise scaffolding teams to ensure timely and safe completion of projects.
• Oversee the erection, dismantling, and inspection of scaffolding structures in compliance with industry regulations.
• Ensure all scaffolding work adheres to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan scaffolding requirements.
• Train and mentor junior scaffolding personnel on best practices and safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding materials, inspections, and maintenance activities.
• Identify potential hazards and implement corrective measures to mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in scaffolding within the Oil & Gas Construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and scaffolding plans.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Education & Certification

• Diploma or Graduation in a relevant field (e.g., Construction, Engineering, or related discipline).
• Certification in scaffolding from a recognized institution is preferred.
• OSHA, NEBOSH, or other HSE certifications are a plus.

Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in scaffolding, preferably in the Oil & Gas Construction industry.
