Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Scheduler to oversee and optimize production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow and timely project completion. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in scheduling within the manufacturing sector, strong leadership abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and logistics, to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes or delays.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide regular reports on scheduling metrics and performance to senior management.
• Train and mentor junior scheduling staff to enhance team efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

• Graduation or Diploma in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of proven experience as a Scheduler in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong background in production planning and workflow optimization.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or MS Project).
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
