Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee architectural design projects from concept to completion.
• Create and review detailed architectural drawings using TEKLA, REVIT, ETAB, and AutoCAD.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and compliance.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and adherence to design standards.
• Prepare technical specifications, cost estimates, and project timelines.
• Ensure all architectural designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, software, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in TEKLA, REVIT, ETAB, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methodologies.
• Experience with 3D modeling and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Knowledge of structural analysis software is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in the construction industry.
• Prior experience working on large-scale projects is highly desirable.

Work Location & Environment

This is an on-site position based in Al Malaz, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role may require occasional travel to project sites or client meetings.
