We are seeking an experienced Senior Diesel Engine / Hydraulic Technician to join our Maintenance Department in Dubai, UAE. Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair diesel engines and hydraulic systems in construction equipment.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on heavy machinery to ensure operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic system malfunctions, including leaks, pressure issues, and component failures.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic reports.
• Replace faulty parts such as pumps, valves, hoses, and cylinders.
• Conduct performance tests post-repair to verify equipment functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in diesel engine repair and hydraulic system troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for hydraulic and engine systems.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic schematics, fluid dynamics, and component functionality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education & Certifications:

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
• Certification in diesel engine repair or hydraulic systems is a plus.

Work Environment

This role is based in The Springs, Dubai, and requires on-site presence. You will work in a fast-paced construction environment, often outdoors or in workshop settings. The position may involve occasional overtime or weekend shifts depending on project demands.
