This role is ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience and a Doctorate degree who are passionate about driving sales in the engineering sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company’s client base.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to provide tailored solutions to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Doctorate degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in the Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies

  • Attention to deal – Ability to focus on closing deals and negotiating contracts effectively.
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to understand complex engineering products/services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
