Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.
• Lead a team of workers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance work.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Prepare daily reports, including work progress, resource utilization, and challenges faced.
• Ensure adherence to local construction codes and company policies.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Graduation or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of proven experience in civil maintenance or construction supervision.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of civil maintenance techniques, materials, and tools.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical documents.
• Proficiency in safety protocols and risk assessment.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
• Basic computer skills for report writing and project tracking.
