Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team at Cansun in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to our manufacturing operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of mechanical systems, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in mechanical engineering or a related field, along with strong problem-solving skills and hands-on expertise.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Mechanical Technician, your primary duties will include:

• Inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery.
• Performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new mechanical systems.
• Troubleshooting mechanical failures and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborating with engineers and other technicians to improve system efficiency.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations.
• Maintaining detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Providing technical guidance to junior technicians and team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Education: Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in manufacturing.
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and best practices.

Work Environment
