Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Project Executive to join our Project Management team in Bangalore. This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful execution of retail projects, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This is an on-site position based in Whitefield, Bangalore, offering a competitive salary range of 5-8 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (retail operations, marketing, logistics) to align project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and performance indicators.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
• Assist in budgeting and resource allocation for retail projects.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in project scheduling and management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation/Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the retail industry.
• Familiarity with retail operations, supply chain processes, and vendor management is a plus.
