About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Specialist I, Business Development to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of achieving targets and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the manufacturing industry.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive business growth.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand business connections.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
