Service Engineer (06 Positions)

Job Overview

We are seeking six highly skilled Service Engineers with 3-5 years of experience in generator maintenance to join our wholesale team in Kuwait City, Al Asimah (Capital Governorate). This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary range of 15-20 LPA.

The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of generator systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and providing technical support to clients in the wholesale sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance on industrial generators
• Diagnose and troubleshoot generator system malfunctions
• Conduct performance tests and analyze system data
• Install, repair, and replace generator components as needed
• Provide technical support and training to clients
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Coordinate with sales team to identify service opportunities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Respond to emergency service calls promptly
• Recommend upgrades and improvements to generator systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Graduation/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field

Experience:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in generator maintenance
• Proven track record in servicing industrial generator systems
• Experience working in wholesale or industrial settings preferred

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in generator diagnostics and repair
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Familiarity with various generator brands and models
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Time management and organizational skills
• Adaptability to changing work environments

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• On-site work at client locations throughout Kuwait
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Standing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment (up to 25kg)
• Working in confined spaces when necessary
• Occasional overtime and emergency call-outs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
