Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer – Dosing Pumps to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the calibration, maintenance, and repair of dosing pumps in the Oil & Gas sector.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of industrial fluid handling systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of dosing pumps and related equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues in dosing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure optimal pump performance.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and field technicians.
• Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Assist in the development of maintenance schedules and procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in calibration and maintenance of dosing pumps.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in industrial settings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs.

Education & Experience:

• Doctorate in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in servicing dosing pumps, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Certification in pump maintenance or fluid handling systems (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with chemical injection systems.
• Familiarity with PLC-controlled dosing systems.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco standards and procedures.
• Fluency in Arabic (advantageous but not mandatory).

Work Environment

This position requires working in industrial settings, including oil refineries and processing plants. Candidates should be comfortable with:

• Field service assignments at client locations
• Occasional overtime and emergency call-outs
• Working with hazardous materials (with proper safety protocols)
• Adherence to strict safety regulations
