Key Responsibilities

As a Shift Incharge in our healthcare facility, you will:

• Oversee daily shift operations to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to healthcare protocols.
• Coordinate staff scheduling, including assigning duties and managing shift rotations.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and report shortages.
• Act as the primary point of contact for staff during assigned shifts.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate critical matters to senior management.
• Conduct shift briefings and debriefings to maintain clear communication.
• Assist in training new staff members on shift protocols and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates must possess the following:

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in staff scheduling and workforce management.
• Basic knowledge of healthcare operations and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Problem-solving skills to handle on-the-spot operational challenges.
• Minimum school-level education (diploma or equivalent preferred).
• Willingness to work in shifts (day/night) as required.

Preferred Skills

While not mandatory, the following will be considered an advantage:

• Prior experience in a hospital or clinic environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare management software.
• Knowledge of Kannada and English (spoken and written).

Work Environment

This position is on-site in Raichur, Karnataka, and does not offer remote work flexibility. You will be part of a fast-paced healthcare team, ensuring smooth operations during your assigned shift.

The role may require working nights, weekends, or holidays based on the facility's needs.
