Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. As a Shift Manager, you will ensure smooth restaurant operations, excellent customer service, and team productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee daily shift operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
• Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Team Leadership: Supervise staff, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to ensure efficiency.
• Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Training: Assist in training new employees and fostering a positive work environment.
• Reporting: Prepare shift reports and communicate performance metrics to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum school-level education (10th or 12th pass).
• Experience: 0-1 year of experience in a customer service or food & beverage role (freshers are welcome to apply).
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to manage tasks efficiently with a keen eye for quality.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership: Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
