AARVI ENCON LIMITED, a leading name in the Oil & Gas and Engineering & Construction sector, is seeking experienced Ship Repair Supervisors to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This role involves overseeing ship repair operations, ensuring quality and compliance with industry standards, and managing teams to deliver projects on time.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ship repair and maintenance within marine or offshore environments. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and project management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Ship Repair Operations: Lead and manage repair, maintenance, and overhaul activities for vessels, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to plan and execute repair projects efficiently.
• Team Management: Oversee a team of technicians and workers, ensuring productivity and compliance with company policies.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and audits to ensure repairs meet regulatory and client specifications.
• Budget & Timeline Management: Monitor project costs and schedules, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols in line with UAE and international maritime regulations.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of repair work, progress reports, and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in ship repair, maintenance, or marine construction.
• Strong knowledge of marine systems, welding, hull repairs, and mechanical/electrical components.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Education & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within ship repair or offshore industries.
• Familiarity with UAE maritime regulations is a plus.
