Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Shuttering Carpenter to assist in the construction of formwork for concrete structures. This is a full-time position based in Diriyah, Riyadh, ideal for entry-level candidates (0-1 year of experience) looking to build a career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct, assemble, and dismantle shuttering (formwork) for concrete structures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plywood, and other materials as required.
• Ensure shuttering stability and alignment before pouring concrete.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment for optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
• Collaborate with engineers and other construction professionals.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of shuttering techniques for concrete structures.
• Familiarity with carpentry tools (e.g., saws, drills, hammers).
• Ability to work with wood, plywood, and metal framing.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of construction safety standards.

Education & Experience:

• Education Level: Doctorate (or equivalent certification in carpentry/construction).
• Experience: 0-1 year in shuttering carpentry or related field.
