Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Shuttering Carpenters to join our dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in formwork and shuttering. Salary Range: 5-8 LPA (Negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Construct and install wooden forms (shuttering) for concrete structures such as foundations, columns, beams, and slabs.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to ensure accurate formwork assembly.
• Measure, cut, and shape lumber, plywood, and other materials using hand and power tools.
• Inspect and repair existing formwork to maintain structural integrity.
• Collaborate with engineers and construction teams to ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
• Assist in the dismantling of formwork after concrete curing is complete.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in constructing and assembling formwork/shuttering systems.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Education & Experience:

• Education: ITI Certification or equivalent in Carpentry.

This role requires working on active construction sites in Abu Dhabi. Candidates should be prepared for:
