About the Role

Mivian Indoglobal Management Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Signboard Installer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time position requiring hands-on expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of signage. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sign installation and a strong understanding of safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

The Signboard Installer will be responsible for:

• Installing and assembling various types of signage including billboards, storefront signs, and digital displays.
• Ensuring all installations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Operating tools and equipment such as drills, welding machines, and ladders.
• Inspecting and maintaining installed signage for wear and damage.
• Collaborating with designers and project managers to ensure accurate execution of sign placements.
• Troubleshooting and repairing damaged or malfunctioning signage.
• Ensuring timely completion of projects while adhering to quality standards.
• Following company policies and safety guidelines at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• Experience: 3-5 years in signboard installation or a related field.
• Education: ITI certification or equivalent technical training.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using power tools, welding equipment, and safety gear.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights.
• Attention to Detail: Precision in aligning and securing signs.
• Safety Awareness: Strong knowledge of workplace safety practices.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with colleagues and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

• Experience in electrical wiring for illuminated signs.
• Familiarity with digital signage systems.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design software for minor adjustments.
• Prior experience working in the UAE's advertising industry.

Work Environment

The role involves a mix of outdoor and indoor work, often requiring travel to various installation sites in Abu Dhabi. The job may include:

• Working at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or cranes.
• Exposure to different weather conditions (heat, wind, etc.).
• Occasional overtime or weekend work to meet project deadlines.
