About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Silo Supervisor to oversee the operations of our silo storage facilities in the Food & Beverage industry. This is a full-time position based in Kuwait City, requiring strong leadership and supervisory skills to ensure efficient and safe storage, handling, and distribution of raw materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Silo Operations: Oversee the daily operations of silo storage, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Team Management: Lead a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Inventory Control: Monitor raw material levels, ensuring optimal stock availability and minimizing waste.
• Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and repairs of silo equipment.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiency improvements in storage and handling procedures.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit operational reports, including inventory status and incident logs.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Graduation or Diploma in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Food & Beverage or related industry.
• Proven experience in silo or bulk storage management.

Skills

• Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with silo operations and maintenance.
• Problem-Solving: Capable of troubleshooting operational issues.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in monitoring inventory and safety protocols.

Work Environment

This role is based in a production facility in Kuwait City and requires on-site presence. The work environment may involve exposure to varying temperatures, dust, and noise levels. Personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
