About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Slitting Line Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of machine operations, particularly in slitting lines, and will ensure the efficient processing of materials while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor slitting line machinery to ensure smooth production processes.
• Inspect materials before and after processing to verify quality and consistency.
• Adjust machine settings to meet specifications for different material types.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
• Document production data, including material usage, machine performance, and defects.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Experience:

• 0-1 year of experience as a Slitting Line Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.

Educational Requirements:

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Manufacturing, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Basic understanding of machine learning applications in manufacturing (preferred but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers).

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication and time-management skills.

Work Environment

This role is based in an industrial manufacturing facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment that may involve:

• Exposure to noise, dust, and machinery.
• Standing for extended periods.
• Lifting and moving materials as needed.
