No prior experience is required—training will be provided for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare traditional South Indian dishes, including dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, and chutneys.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
• Follow recipes and cooking techniques to maintain authenticity.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques and ingredients.
