Key Responsibilities

As a Spa Attendant at Hamdan Global, your primary duties will include:

• Assisting in the daily operations of the spa, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Greeting guests warmly and providing them with information about spa services and facilities.
• Preparing treatment rooms before and after guest use, including replenishing supplies and sanitizing equipment.
• Supporting therapists and other spa staff in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensuring guest comfort by providing fresh towels, robes, and other amenities as required.
• Monitoring inventory levels of spa products and notifying management when supplies need replenishment.
• Handling guest inquiries and resolving minor complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Following all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a hygienic spa environment.
• Assisting with promotional events or spa packages as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this Spa Attendant position should possess the following:

• 0-1 year of experience in hospitality, spa services, or a related field (entry-level candidates are welcome).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming spa environment.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced hotel setting.
• Basic knowledge of spa treatments, products, and equipment is a plus.
