About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist II, Process to join our dynamic Engineering team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal in driving process optimization and implementing lean manufacturing methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing process improvement, ensuring quality, reducing waste, and increasing productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing strategies to optimize production workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless process integration.
• Conduct root cause analyses for process failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness.
• Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and provide training to staff.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Utilize data-driven methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma) for process enhancements.
• Support new product introductions by optimizing manufacturing processes.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in process engineering and manufacturing technology.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in process optimization within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of implementing lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies (preferred).

Technical Skills

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in process mapping and data analysis.
• Familiarity with manufacturing software (e.g., ERP, MES) and CAD tools.
• Knowledge of automation and Industry 4.0 concepts (a plus).

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
