Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our production team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in spray painting within the manufacturing sector. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on various products.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Operate spray painting equipment to apply coatings evenly and efficiently.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
• Maintain painting equipment and ensure proper storage of materials.
• Follow safety protocols and industry standards.
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines.
• Keep detailed records of materials used and work completed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience as a Spray Painter in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in surface preparation and spray painting techniques.
• Knowledge of different types of paints, coatings, and solvents.
• Ability to operate and maintain spray painting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Higher Secondary education or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in spray painting or related field.
• Experience with automated painting systems.
• Familiarity with industrial painting standards.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position with standard working hours.
• On-site role in Abu Dhabi, UAE (no remote work).
• Exposure to paint fumes and chemicals (PPE provided).
• Physically demanding role, including standing for long periods.
