Job Responsibilities

The Sr. Business Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding LookMyProperty.com’s client base and market reach. Key duties include:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.
• Attend industry events, networking meetings, and property exhibitions.

Work Location & Schedule
