Sr. Civil Engineer Job – Construction Industry

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Civil Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site role within the Construction industry, requiring a minimum of 10+ years of hands-on experience in civil engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects.
• Conduct site investigations, feasibility studies, and risk assessments.
• Prepare detailed project reports, including cost estimates, timelines, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
• Supervise junior engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Resolve on-site issues and implement corrective actions.
• Review and approve engineering drawings and construction plans.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in civil engineering within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction codes and regulations is a plus.
