Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sr. HVAC Technician to join our Operations team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time role is ideal for individuals with a passion for HVAC maintenance and a desire to work in the oil and gas sector. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems to support our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment malfunctions.
• Install, calibrate, and test HVAC components to ensure optimal performance.
• Comply with safety regulations and company policies.
• Document maintenance activities and submit reports.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to improve system efficiency.
• Assist in emergency repairs and system upgrades.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Diploma or Graduation in HVAC, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

• 0-1 year of experience in HVAC maintenance (freshers with relevant training may apply).
• Prior experience in the oil & gas or manufacturing industry is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in HVAC system troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components in HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Basic understanding of industry safety standards.

Soft Skills:

• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills.
