Sr. Operator (Rollman) – Food & Beverage Production

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Operator (Rollman) to join our dynamic production team in Kuwait’s thriving Food & Beverage industry. This role is critical to ensuring efficient operations in our manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on maintenance and equipment handling. The ideal candidate will bring 3-5 years of hands-on experience, an ITI certification, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: Oversee and manage rolling machine operations to ensure seamless production workflows.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance, diagnose mechanical issues, and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Quality Control: Monitor product output to adhere to company and industry quality standards, reporting deviations promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, ensuring a hazard-free work environment.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and production staff, to optimize efficiency.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of machine performance, maintenance activities, and production metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proven expertise in operating and maintaining rolling machinery (3-5 years of experience).
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage production standards (HACCP, GMP).
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Basic computer skills for logging data and generating reports.

Educational & Certification Requirements:

• ITI certification or equivalent technical diploma in Mechanical/Electrical fields.
• Relevant safety training certifications (e.g., OSHA or equivalent) are a plus.

Work Location & Conditions
