Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Planning Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Conducting critical path analysis and identifying potential project delays.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project timelines and milestones.
• Preparing and presenting progress reports to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Monitoring project performance and recommending corrective actions to mitigate risks.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
• Mentoring junior planning engineers and providing technical guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Strong understanding of Oil & Gas project lifecycles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
• 5-10 years of experience in project planning, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
