Job Description: Senior Technician-Electrical (LT/HT)

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technician-Electrical (LT/HT) to join our Electrical Maintenance team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is critical to ensuring the operational efficiency and safety of electrical systems in the Oil & Gas / Engineering & Construction industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, specializing in electrical testing of HT motors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of LT/HT electrical systems.
• Conduct electrical testing and diagnostics on HT motors to ensure optimal performance.
• Install, calibrate, and inspect electrical equipment in compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements in all electrical operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, test results, and equipment conditions.
• Assist in commissioning new electrical installations and systems.
• Train junior technicians on best practices in electrical maintenance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in electrical testing of HT motors and related equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for LT/HT systems.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and testing instruments.

Education & Experience

• Doctorate in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Certifications in electrical safety and equipment maintenance are a plus.
