Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technician (Molding) to join our manufacturing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in molding operations, machining, and quality control. This role involves overseeing the production process, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining machinery to meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain molding machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor production processes and adjust machine settings as needed.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product conformity.
• Troubleshoot and repair molding equipment to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with engineers and production managers to improve efficiency.
• Train junior technicians in molding techniques and best practices.
• Maintain accurate production logs and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in machining and quality control processes.
• Strong knowledge of molding techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with preventive maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Education & Experience:

• Graduation or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or related field.
• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Certification in molding or machine operation is a plus.
