About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Technician (Production) to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is critical in ensuring efficient production operations while maintaining strict quality control standards. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in machining and quality control within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify product compliance with industry standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production line.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to improve production processes.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Document production data, including machine performance and quality metrics.
• Train junior technicians on best practices in machining and quality control.

Job Details

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in machining operations (CNC, lathe, milling, etc.).
• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Experience with calibration and maintenance of production equipment.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles is a plus.

Soft Skills

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Educational Requirements

A Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field is required.
