Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Stand / Cassette Maintenance Fitter to join our Mechanical Engineering team in Ghantoot, Abu Dhabi. This is a full-time role in the Manufacturing sector, ideal for candidates with 3-5 years of maintenance experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of stand and cassette systems through regular inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on stand and cassette systems to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in equipment.
• Lubricate, clean, and adjust machinery components for seamless operation.
• Replace or repair defective parts using hand tools, power tools, or precision measuring instruments.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve system efficiency.
• Follow safety regulations and company maintenance protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance activities, and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience in maintenance fitting for industrial machinery.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to work in a manufacturing environment.

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Graduation in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance fitting.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.
