Job Overview

We are seeking skilled Steel Fabricators to join our Production Department in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in metal cutting, assembling, and fabrication within the construction sector. This is a full-time, on-site role with a competitive salary range of 1-2 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications for steel fabrication.
• Perform precise metal cutting, welding, and assembly of structural steel components.
• Operate machinery such as saws, shears, and CNC equipment for fabrication tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all production processes.
• Inspect finished products for defects and adherence to project requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to meet deadlines.
• Maintain tools and equipment in optimal working condition.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Certification

• ITI certification or equivalent in welding, metal fabrication, or a related field.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in steel fabrication within the construction industry.
• Proficiency in metal cutting, welding (MIG, TIG, ARC), and assembling techniques.
• Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery (e.g., grinders, drills, presses).

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Work Environment

This role requires working in a production facility with exposure to loud noises, heavy machinery, and varying temperatures. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
