Key Responsibilities

• Working closely with construction teams, including welders and concrete workers.

• Following safety protocols and ensuring compliance with construction regulations.
• Assisting in the estimation of materials and project timelines.
• Performing quality checks to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Steel Fixer in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in steel fabrication techniques, including cutting, bending, and welding.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and structural reinforcement.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in construction and steelwork.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in challenging environments.
• A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in Kuwait or the GCC region is a plus.
