Key Responsibilities

As a Steel Fixer, your primary duties will include:

• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Measuring, cutting, bending, and fixing steel bars (rebar) to required specifications.
• Assembling and installing steel frameworks to reinforce concrete structures.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborating with construction teams to meet project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0-1 year of experience in steel bar bending and fixing.
• Basic understanding of construction and engineering principles.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials.
• Attention to detail and precision in steelwork.
• Willingness to work in challenging outdoor environments.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

• Prior experience in the Oil & Gas or Construction industry.

Work Environment
