Job Description
We are seeking skilled and motivated Scaffolders to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for entry-level candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the construction industry. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for assembling, dismantling, and maintaining scaffolding structures to support construction and renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety regulations and project requirements.
- Inspect scaffolding materials for defects or damage before and after use.
- Ensure scaffolding stability by following engineering guidelines and load-bearing specifications.
- Work closely with construction teams to provide safe access solutions at various heights.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols to prevent workplace accidents.
- Maintain and organize scaffolding equipment in storage areas.
- Assist in training new team members on proper scaffolding techniques and safety procedures.
- Follow project schedules and deadlines to ensure timely completion of scaffolding tasks.
