As a Steel Welder, you will play a critical role in fabricating and assembling steel structures for high-profile construction projects. Your expertise in welding techniques, safety protocols, and blueprint interpretation will ensure the highest quality standards in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding on structural steel components
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
• Inspect welds for quality assurance and compliance with specifications
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools
• Follow all safety protocols and industry standards
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

• ITI certification in Welding Technology or related field
• Additional welding certifications preferred

Experience & Skills

• 3-5 years of professional welding experience
• Proficiency in various welding techniques and positions
• Strong knowledge of welding equipment and safety procedures
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
• Comfort working in various positions (standing, kneeling, etc.)
• Tolerance for working in high-temperature environments
• Ability to wear protective equipment for extended periods
