Steward (Casual) – Hotel Management

About the Role

Hamdan Global is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Steward (Casual) to join our esteemed Hotel Management team. This role is critical in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our hospitality operations in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate will have a passion for service excellence, strong attention to hygiene standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Casual Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring all kitchen and dining areas are impeccably maintained, assisting in dishwashing, and supporting our culinary staff. This is a full-time position suited for candidates with 0-1 year of experience in hospitality or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping and mopping floors.
• Ensure proper storage of cleaned utensils and equipment.
• Assist in food preparation and plating as required.
• Follow sanitation and safety protocols at all times.
• Support kitchen staff with inventory management and stock organization.
• Report maintenance or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Education Level: Doctorate (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience Level: 0-1 years in hospitality, housekeeping, or related roles.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in washing and sanitizing kitchenware.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours and lift heavy items.
