About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Stewarding Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position in the Food & Beverage industry, offering a competitive salary package of 5-8 LPA. The ideal candidate will supervise the stewarding team, ensuring efficient kitchen operations, hygiene compliance, and smooth workflow in a high-volume hospitality environment.

Job Responsibilities

As a Stewarding Supervisor, your key duties will include:

• Oversee daily operations of the stewarding department, ensuring cleanliness and compliance with health & safety standards.
• Train, mentor, and supervise stewarding staff to maintain high-performance standards.
• Manage inventory of kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, and dishware.
• Coordinate with chefs and other departments to ensure smooth kitchen workflow.
• Implement and enforce sanitation policies in alignment with Food & Beverage industry regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of kitchen and storage areas for cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor waste disposal and recycling procedures.
• Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare reports on departmental performance, maintenance, and supply needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Graduation/Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry.
