About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Stewarding Team Leader to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our stewarding department, maintaining high hygiene standards, and leading a team of stewards to support our culinary and service teams.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise Stewarding Operations: Oversee daily stewarding activities, ensuring cleanliness and organization in kitchen and dining areas.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate a team of stewards to maintain high performance and adherence to protocols.
• Hygiene & Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and chemicals efficiently.
• Coordination: Work closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve operational challenges promptly.
• Reporting: Maintain logs and reports on equipment maintenance, cleaning schedules, and team performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduation or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in stewarding or a similar role in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Attention to Detail: Strong focus on cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
