Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Sticker Applicator to join our Advertising department. This full-time position requires 3-5 years of experience in sticker application, branding, or related fields. The role demands meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering flawless results.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply stickers, decals, and branding materials on various surfaces with precision and accuracy.
• Ensure alignment and positioning adhere to client specifications and brand guidelines.
• Prepare surfaces for application, including cleaning and smoothing, to ensure durability.
• Use specialized tools such as squeegees, heat guns, and cutting devices for seamless application.
• Inspect finished products for quality, identifying and correcting any imperfections.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to optimize efficiency and safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Branding Expertise: Proven ability to handle branding materials with precision.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for alignment, positioning, and finish quality.
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with application tools like squeegees and heat guns.
• Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Education & Experience:

• ITI Certification or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in sticker application or a related role.

Preferred Attributes

• Experience working in the Marketing & Advertising industry.
• Familiarity with large-scale branding projects (e.g., vehicle wraps, signage).
• Ability to adapt to new materials and application techniques.
