Key Responsibilities

As a Store Keeper, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth inventory management and supporting operational efficiency. Your key duties will include:

• Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records using digital and manual systems.
• Receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming materials while verifying quantities and quality.
• Issuing materials to departments as per approved requisitions and maintaining proper documentation.
• Conducting regular stock audits to prevent discrepancies and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinating with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Ensuring proper storage conditions to prevent damage or deterioration of materials.
• Preparing reports on inventory levels, shortages, and discrepancies for management review.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe storage environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Assisting in the disposal of obsolete or surplus stock as per company guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in store or inventory management (1-3 years).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Education & Certifications

• A Diploma or Graduation degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certifications in inventory or warehouse management are a plus.
