About the Role

TransAsia Integrate Services is seeking a highly skilled Structural BIM Engineer to join our dynamic engineering team in Riyadh. This full-time role is ideal for professionals with 5-10 years of experience in structural modeling and BIM coordination within the construction industry. As a Structural BIM Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and optimizing structural components using advanced BIM tools, ensuring precision and efficiency in project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D structural models using BIM software (e.g., Revit, Tekla, Navisworks).
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers to ensure seamless integration of structural designs.
• Perform clash detection and resolution to optimize project workflows.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and documentation aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct quality checks on BIM models to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Assist in the coordination of construction documentation and shop drawings.
• Support project managers in cost estimation, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and construction methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Tekla Structures, or Navisworks.
• Strong expertise in structural modeling for construction projects.
• Knowledge of international building codes and structural engineering principles.
• Ability to interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in BIM coordination within the construction sector.
• Prior experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or industrial projects is preferred.
