Key Responsibilities

As a Structural Fabricator with Talentrio, you will be responsible for:

• Reading and interpreting technical blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components for structural projects.
• Operating welding and fabrication equipment, including MIG, TIG, and ARC welders.
• Ensuring precision in metalwork to meet industry and safety standards.
• Inspecting fabricated parts for quality and compliance with project requirements.
• Collaborating with engineers, welders, and other team members.
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Performing routine maintenance on fabrication tools and equipment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques.
• Experience: 1-3 years in structural fabrication, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
• Education: Diploma or graduation in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow precise measurements and specifications.
• Physical Stamina: Capability to handle heavy materials and work in industrial environments.
• Safety Awareness: Knowledge of workplace safety protocols and PPE usage.
• Teamwork: Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

While not required, the following skills will be an advantage:

• Experience with CNC machinery or automated welding systems.
• Certification in welding (e.g., AWS, ASME).
• Familiarity with CAD software for reading digital blueprints.
